do you sense me leaning in?
for i fear, in all my weakness, that i'm not quite sure you're there.
i know you're there.
some silly dissonance of mind and heart
and i find myself
wobbly.
do you sense me leaning in?
i expect that you do.
your faithfulness--wide.
your holiness--clear.
your goodness reigns in all the earth,
for you
are
good.
perhaps the way you hold me,
do I need to lean?
